How do I order?

Just simply click "ADD TO CART" from the DDR page, and checkout from shopping cart. You will need to fill out the billing and shipping information, then you are done. Very easy and fast.


Do I need to register to order?

No, you do not need to register to order from our website.


Do you have the DDR items in stock?

Yes, we have them in stock, but we reserve the rights to have DDR items in back order.


What is back order?

It means the item is currently out of stock, and in a process of restock. Usually, it will take no longer than 10 business days.


Do you charge tax?

Yes, all California residents are subject to charge 8.25% of the total (exclude shipping).


What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


What do I do after my order?

You will receive the confirmation email immediately after your order, then we will email you again when your DDR item shipped out.


How do I track my order?

Go to the Order Status page to track your order status.


How do you ship the DDR item? And how long is it going to take?

Your items will be shipped by USPS or UPS, depending on which service you requested. All orders will be processed within 24 hours, plus estimated delivery time. All available shipping services and rates are determined at checkout.


Do you ship international?

No, we do not ship international, only United States.


What if my shipping address is different from billing address?

It may delay the delivery time up to 5 business days due to creidt card security issue.


Will you store my credit card information?

No, we will not store your credit card information.

Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.


What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise within 14 days of your purchase, just simply return it back to us. *There will be a 30% restocking fee, and shipping will not be credited.

Merchandise returned after 14 days of purchase date will be return to sender. No Refund, Credit Card Refund or Exchange will be issued for items received after 30 days of purchase.

Important:
Merchandise must be in original new condition. Let us know to either exchange or credit your charge card. Shipping charges will not be credited.


I never receive my package, it is lost.

If the package is lost, please contact us immediately. We will send another one immediately.


How do I do cancel my order?

Most of the time, we ship out orders within 24 hours, so please contact us within 12 hours after you order, otherwise, the order will not be cancelled.
