Tabata at Intoxx Oakwood!
Every Saturday morning at 9am, I teach a new class format, Tabata.
Last week’s post went over what Tabata was and I hope you guys were interested! 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds, and a minute rest in between rounds. For the entire hour I teach in this format and it’s a great way to try new workouts. 20 seconds seems like so little time, but by the end of the 8 rounds you’re really feeling it!
